This is the easiest way to get started in real estate investing. All you do is write a check then wait 5-6 months usually for the property to go through a fix-n-flip and sell then you get your investment back plus a nice % of the profits the property sold for, usually between 20-30%. So if you invest say #30 on a property that sells for say $300k profit, get your invest back after 6 months plus you get 20-30% just for simply writing a check. 

That's a great percent of return. It's easy to see how if you continue to reinvest and do more deals how you could have a million dollar portfolio of properties in just a few years.

Quick breakdown of the process:

1.You write a check for about $15k (if just starting out) which pays for a down payment on a property they will find for you.

2. The property is in bought your name or the name of your llc, trust etc and as the owner you stay in control the whole way.

3. You wait for them to do the fix-n-flip, usually about 2-4 months and from there you have some options:

 A. You can have them sell the property for you and receive 20%-30% of the profit plus you receive your initial investment back. So at the end of the day or after about 5-6 months it's like you spent nothing and made 20%-30% profit from the sale of the property and that's not bad!

B. You can keep/ buy the property and live in it.

C. You can keep/ buy and rent the property.

You are in control throughout the entire process.
